Due to ongoing volatility in global fuel markets and rising diesel costs affecting transport, machinery, and processing operations, we will be introducing a Fuel & Energy Levy.
This levy is applied to assist with rising fuel and energy costs associated with material handling and processing, including the operation of our processing plant, loaders, excavators, screening equipment, site machinery, and transport trucks.
We are doing our best to minimise the impact on our customers and greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Once delivery is tipped off truck NO REFUND POLICY applies
Cancellation of delivery after loading will result in fee, the fee will reflect the cost of loading and unloading, any transport involved.
Any product which is mixed at the customer’s request will not be able to be returned or exchanged. No Refund will be given under any circumstance.
Bulka Bags once filled are not refundable
Turf MUST be paid in full before cutting. Once cut a NO REFUND POLICY applies
Once firewood is delivered and tipped, no refund is available.
Tiles, Pavers, Blocks are not returnable, will not be exchanged or refunded.
Third party items (products onsold) stocked by Oz Landscape Supplies are not returnable, will not be exchanged or refunded. Refer to Oz Landscape Supplies website for specific terms on these items.
